this has been a great year, and coming into october, the skeletons have been out. We began the month with calacas y maracas, and will end the month with day of the dead parade. calacas y maracas was a new idea implemented this year. skinz N bonez, new orleans only female bone gang dressed up and created a giant altar. we also picked about eight bars, and made altars for them. for ten dollars, you could join us, and help raise money for Animal Rescue New Orleans, or aka ARNO. we are proud to say it was a success! then we rolled anba dlo, Which was a very fun evening. KREWE OF BOO is oct 25th, then voodoo fest just for fun, and the day of the dead parade on nov 2nd. We are also looking forward to YeMaYa parade on nov 10th. boy its fun being a bone.
